The former cast member of The Witcher has long been considered a possible James Bond in the future, and in recent months, the action star has shown that he’s up for a covert mission or two.

After Argylle, Matthew Vaughn is now set to star in Guy Ritchie’s next action-comedy The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, which also stars Ian Fleming, the man who created James Bond, in a leading role.

The picture has now released its debut trailer, which appears to have all the elements of the director’s signature flair. Fans are really excited.

Cast Of The Movie

The film features the cast including Henry Cavill, who plays the major role of Gus March-Phillipps, the real-life creator of the No. 62 Commando regiment.

Alan Ritchson from Reacher, Henry Golding from The Gentlemen, Eiza González from Ambulance, Alex Pettyfer as Magic Mike, and Hero Fiennes Tiffin are some of the well-known faces who will be in the movie.


According to the film’s official synopsis, the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is an action-comedy that portrays the narrative of the first-ever special forces unit founded during WWII by UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill and several military leaders, including author Ian Fleming.

The top-secret combat force, comprised of criminals and mavericks, embarks on a risky mission against the Nazis, employing wholly unusual and utterly ‘ungentlemanly’ fighting skills.

Finally, their ambitious strategy altered the trajectory of the war, laying the groundwork for the British SAS and modern Black Ops warfare.
