Shahrukh Son Aryan Khan arrested in cruise party in Mumbai along with 3 other accused by NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) On 3rd October.
They have been Interrogated for hours.They have been accused for keeping a drug bust on the cruise ship in Mumbai, NCB interrogated many people but out of them Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha were send to J.J Hospital for medical test. They have been charged under section 8C, 20B and 27. Section 27 deals with the sell and purchase ,possession and transport of drugs and also consumption of drugs where as section 35 deals with dealing of drugs.
Aryan along with other 3 accused presented in court on 3 October and keep in custody till October 4. Other accused were Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker and Gomit Chopra also questioned.
Aryan Khan Accused For
According to the report Aryan Khan was accused for keeping drugs with him on cruise. As per the official reports 13 gm of cocaine,5 gm of MD,22 pills of MDMA and also charas 21 gm also a cash money of Rs 1.33 lakhs recovered. This raid also conducted in Belapur area of Navi Mumbai as per the information on suppliers.
NCB Official Report
S.N. Pradhan Chief of NCB said that they had an information and it is to be verified so they entered the ship as guest and after verifying they conduct raid, it is said that there are around 1800 people on the cruise and they detained eight people among them Aryan was also there. According to them the case is more critical and more layers are to be opened.
