“Mama June: Family Crisis” will return On WE TV

June will see the return of Mama June: Family Crisis with fresh episodes. In the wake of the passing of cast member Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell on Thursday, WE TV released a trailer and the release date for new episodes of the reality series.

June “Mama June” Shannon and her children Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, and Jessica Shannon are the subjects of Mama June: Family Crisis. The family first gained popularity as the cast of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and Toddlers & Tiaras on TLC.
Cardwell, who starred in the show as well, passed away in December 2023 at the age of 29 after receiving a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Cardwell raised two children, Kylee, age eight, and Kaitlyn, age eleven.

What Will Be In The New Episode Of Mama June: Family Crisis

One of the greatest obstacles the family has ever encountered is Anna’s deteriorating health and the conflict over her two daughters, which threatens to split them apart. Alana is unsure if she will be able to complete her freshman year in Colorado since she wants to be there for her family during these trying times, especially because her boyfriend Dralin is in legal problems.
In the meantime, Josh and Pumpkin have made an unexpected request to Jessica and Shyann that might drastically change the family’s dynamic. Torn apart by deceit and falsehoods, June and Justin’s marriage is barely clinging together.

“As the family faces these struggles along with uncertain futures, will the family finally unite and move forward together?” This is the official synopsis.
