Vinka was born in 1994 on 27 June in Uganda and grew up in Kazo. Her real name is Nakiyingi Veronica Lugya and Vinka is her stage name she was a very popular singer.
Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Lugya. She lived with her father in Kazo and later when she was in 5 grade she moved to her mother’s place in Bweyogerere.
