Glenn Close And Josh Brolin Have Joined “Knives Out 3” Cast

Benoit Blanc, welcome back. Knives Out 3 will include the return of Daniel Craig’s appealing Southern investigator. Netflix revealed the movie in May 2024 under the title Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.

Here is all we currently know about the upcoming mystery franchise installment.

Knives Out Is All About

On X, a platform that was once known as Twitter, writer and director Rian Johnson stated, “I love everything about whodunnits, but one of my favorite things is how malleable the genre is.” One of the most interesting aspects of filming Benoit Blanc films is getting to explore the wide tonal spectrum that stretches from Carr to Christie.

It is safe to presume that it will remain a mystery. In the 2019 film Knives Out, Christopher Plummer’s character Blanc was looking into the passing of best-selling novelist Harlan Thrombey. He visited a Greek island owned by computer tycoon Miles Bron (Edward Norton) in Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, and he ultimately detonated the island.

Other Cast Of The Knives Out 3

Daniel Craig will return to the character of Benoit Blanc, and some well-known actors will accompany him once more. Variety reports that the current cast includes Fleabag actor Andrew Scott, Priscilla’s Cailee Spaeny, and Challengers star Josh O’Connor. Variety also reports that Kerry Washington, Glenn Close, Jeremy Renner (in his first movie since his snowmobile tragedy), and Mila Kunis will be included. The Hollywood Reporter also revealed that Josh Brolin, star of Dune: Part Two, had joined the Knives Out 3 ensemble. As of now, no information is known regarding their roles.

Hugh Grant, who appeared in the first two films as Blanc’s colleague or any of the other characters who made it through might make more appearances. However, we have yet to receive confirmation.
